This tag was inspired by Julie Ebersole on Day 2. I was drawn to the vellum banner and the gold hearts. I also liked the cut out window and city scene. I knew I had an old Sizzix city scene die and some old gold printed vellum. I had to use a Ranger Nib and a gold paint pen to get the gold hearts on either side of the banner. Here's my version:
Materials:
Cardstock (Stampin' Up!), Washi Tape (Doodle Bug), Paper (Bazzill), Die & Embossing Folder(Sizzix), Vellum & Star Stamp (unknown), Gold Paint Pen, Ribbon.
